Your Recovery. Documented. Protected.
You found us a little early.
We are glad you are here.
Hurt Square is a Canadian company created for people whose lives changed in a single moment, in a motor vehicle accident or on the job injury. We build elite workbooks for the hours after the hospital, the week after the first call to your adjuster or workplace case manager, and the long stretch that follows when the paperwork piles up and your memory of what happened starts to blur.
Our National workbooks and Provincial Add Ons carry you from the moment of injury through the full arc of your recovery, navigating all the ups and downs and keeping you inspired to continue on days when you feel like giving up.
What happened?
Two paths, the same careful companion. Choose the one that fits and we will take it from there.

Three kinds of workbooks. One careful voice.
Hurt Square is built in layers. Start with what fits your situation, then add what you need from there. Everything is designed to work alongside everything else.
The National Workbooks
Two complete workbooks, one for documenting a motor vehicle accident and one for a workplace injury. Your symptoms, your appointments, your communications with insurers or your board, and your recovery, usable in every province. The foundation of the Hurt Square system.
The Provincial and Territorial Add-Ons
Companion guides built for the exact system where you are. After a car accident, the rules in Ontario are not the rules in British Columbia, and yours should not have to be the same. After a workplace injury, the WSIB in Ontario does not work like WorkSafeBC. Available at launch for all ten provinces and all three territories, for both kinds of injury.
The Specialty Companion Guides
Standalone guides for situations that need more: passengers, pedestrians, caregivers documenting on behalf of a loved one, commercial drivers, and others. Each one written for the specific shape of that experience.
Everything is ready. We open on July 7, not a day before.
